I'm looking to purchase a used truck. I purchased Carfax to get a history of a certain vehicle. When I tried to use carfax, I get nothing but blank screens, including clicking onto their Help screen. They guarantee a 100% refund if not totally satisfied. I'm not even a little bit satisfied. I feel like they just stole my money with no intention of providing anything, and no way to contact them.
