Sent the wrong transmition and charged 700 of shipping to us for his mistake to return old transmition and ship the new

After ordering a ford 460 engine with matching transmission for our 1988 Pace Arrow Motor Home and spending over $3300 dollars with National auto parts, our sales rep keven sent the wrong transmission. After making several attemps to reach him we called his supervisor to get a hold of him. When we finally reached him he informed us that he was sorry and he would send the right transmission, just after we paid the shipping, not only for the mistake he had made, but for the shipping of the new transmission as well. Totaling $700.00 in shipping costs.
