Said the item was back ordered... Never responded, never shipped, kept my money

After making a purchase from Migicar.com on May 21st, the company sent me an email stating they were sorry, but the product was backordered, and did I want to cancel or wait. I responded and told them to cancel my order. They never responded, but then completed the credit card transaction, taking my $228. Once I discovered they took the money anyway, I sent them another email asking if they decided to ship the item, no response. I figured, possibly I would get the item when it arrived from being back ordered (they told me 2 weeks in the original email). After two weeks I called their "customer service" number. No answer... EVER! I've called at least a fifty times now, they never answer this phone nor do they return the messages. Now that its over four weeks, I figure my money is gone and just don't want this to happen to anyone. I've reported them to the BBB of Ohio and they are looking into the issue. Stay away from this company!
