This company steals from everyone that signs up with them THEY ARE THIEVES!

This company mailed me a letter offering me extended warranty for my vehicle. I never fall for these schemes, BUT the telemarketer Heath, and Ryan on the other end must've had some good bs. THEY ARE BIG LIARS!!! Don't fall for their bs or what they claim to offer. Anyway, I bought the policy over the phone, and never did I receive my documents or any of the sort. I called again and talked to Nicky, and she stated that the policy and all documents were sent via mail to my address. I told her I did not receive 'em and supposedly she was going to "re-send" 'em. Never did receive anything. I called again and talked to Kelly, Greg, Justin, and finally to Curtis which is supposed to be their "supervisor". Curtis was so UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. He actually told me that I was never going to receive anything cuz they never sent anything, AND to top things off, that I was never going to get my money back!!! Well, little does Curtis know that the vice-president at the location where I bank is my friend. Luckily, I put a stop to the check and to them debiting anything from my account... FINALLY!!! This company is a total rip-off. They will be very professional and courteous when you are buying over the phone. Oh, but call them after you have purchased their bs warranty, and they will ALL be very rude and unprofessional to you. But, it's like the saying goes... What goes around, comes around... 3times worse, and to top it off, it will hit you, and all your loved ones!!! Its' called karma.
