Refund Due

I purchased a Auto exended Warranty from Auto One Warranty on 2/28/07. I canceled it on 07/21/08. I no longer own the vehicle. I told that I would be getting back a refund of $866.94 and i will be receiving a letter in the mail telling when to expect that refund. Well I did receive the letter and it stated that it would take about 6weeks. I received the letter on July 30. I called and faxed a letter on 07/21/08 to cancel my extended warranty. I have called several time and spoke with Ryan. He told me on October 1 that they were behind on sending out refunds, but that I should be getting a credit back to my credit of $195.00 and a check for $672.94. I have close the credit card account. Still no refund
