Easy Way Used Cars Sold me a lemon

Car repoed 5/21/08 while I was in Va., was broke down again in my driveway anyway. 2 weeks before they came out & pulled the car lockout device from the car & sd. They had been having trouble out of them. This car has had transmission problems from beginning, first 3 days that we owned the car. Then they kept the car for about a week & said it was fixed. Then 2 tires blew at separate times (old). Car kept acting up after it was cut off that 1 time for a late pmt. It just wouldn't start, even w/jumps. We repl. Alternator, still no start. Car lot said (since it was sitting onntheir lot anyway) somewhere around 6/10/08 that they were "sorry" we thought the transmission was fixed, you've been driving in 3rd gear all this time. Mind you this has been going on near a year. Oops sorry agian but your wiring is messed up? Then they work on it & the radio quits working, also when you turn on the air now it blows the smell of gasoline from the vents (dangerous)! At the same time they say oh something has happened to the sun roof while in their garage still? It no longer works, sorry it's not our fault, it might have been in when we sold it - but it's not factory - and we are not responsible for it! That's after they proceed to try & fix it by pulling down the headliner - leaving it hanging loose & not properly reattached to roof of car. Lets not forget they put 2 screws in the roof (headliner of car near sunroof), this was plain tacky! None of this work was PRE AUTHORIZED to begin with & when they called and said the car was fixed they had me sign a paper to where they amended the car price and added in another $1200.00 for work done, then asked me for $300.00 for the months payment & added it to work done? An amended contract dated 4/10/08 financed me again and after I have allready paid $3564.00 in payments & gave $800.00 down payment when I bought it, financed me again for $5863.73 w / interest totaling $8893.60??? So now there is $13,000 being paid for the car and thats not counting the new tires $300.00 & a couple hundred for the new radio which was added.
I picked this car up from them on Wed. 06/04/08 after they called me & said they had it fixed, (mind you which I never authorized to begin with). I then called them and told them on Thurs 6/5/08 what they had done to this car was unacceptable. I told them they sold me a LEMON (1997 Nissan) from the beginning & the salesperson told me to my face "I'm sorry I didn't realize it when I sold it". Then I am told by different employess there when I am steady calling on the phone to try and get this resolved, to come on down and find another comparable car and we will trade it out. Then when I go there and I test drove one, late that afternoon after work. I am told well we don't know how to handle changing out cars on paperwork! At this point I am frustrated, enough is enough. I told them they can have the car which is allready been sitting on their lot and that I am not paying another cent on it! This car is solely in my name and no other name including my daughter which also drives the car. The car lot gave her possession of the car on 06/17/08 without me being there or having any knowledge of this going on.
