Vernester clarke-alexander drive time will disclose personal information and lie to try to collect money

I financed a car through Drive Time in Jacksonville, FL. I became ill and had to have surgery, lost my job and fell behind on my payments. I made arrangements to pay them and owe them 2 of the three notes I was behind on. I have stated to them I would have them caught up next month, but that is not good enough. We receive harrassing phone calls up to 10 times a day from them and harrassing e-mails as well.
I received an e-mail today from an elderly friend of mine who stated Vernester Clarke-Alexander called her and stated she had co-signed for the loan. All I did was give her as a reference, she NEVER cosigned anything nor was she ever asked to.
I have tried to work with Drive Time, but their solution is to make payday loans to pay them.
I would never advise anyone do business with them. They use scare tactics to try to collect. They try to call from different numbers to disguise their calls, but I have simply stopped answering my phone.
