Ripped me off to!

Cars & Transport

My story is very similar to David in Land O Lakes. I traded in my Dodge Ram at the end of March. The balance of that loan was approx. $16,000. Bob Wilson was willing to buy my truck for $8000.00 and added the remainder negative to my new loan. Bob Wilson has not paid off my Dodge Truck, in addition they are received a check from my new loan company for the additional $8000.00. Unfortunately I am a middle class family and cannot afford to pay both vehicles. The old Bank (Capital One) has advised me I have been turned over to the legal department for repo. Good Luck in finding the truck!!!

I have spoke to Mike Linquiest at ABC action news and he is doing as much as possible but ultimately I am responsible and the dealer is covered by the Bankruptcy laws. I have wrote Charlie Crist in hopes of some resolution. If anyone has contacted a Lawyer please let me know who your lawyer is? We should all get together and go to the same attorney!!!
