Beaudry RV
Waranty Work - 4 times for many of the same things over the last year. The last time it has been on the shop so far for 66 days beyond when I was first told it would be done. Phoenix

I bought a new 2007 Cardinal 5th wheel RV from Beaudry RV in Chandler, AZ. As it is a recreational vehicle, it spent most of the last year in storage followed by months in maintenance. I have had to take it back 4 times for warranty work on many of the same things. The last time I took it in was April 1 and it is still there. I was promised it would be done on April 7th.

I have called several times to find out if it was done and have been promised return calls with the status. I was called back twice. The first returned call after about 5 weeks, I was told it was ready for pick up. I drove the 100 miles round trip to Beaudry to pick it up. This time I ask them to show me that the work was completed. Most of the work had not been done. I left it there.

After calling them several more times and getting the we will call you back routine, I finally drove down again on June 3rd to see if my RV was still there. It was but nothing had been done. The second call was another story about what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I told them I was going to pick it up on June 13th. I intend to do that and if it is still not done after 2 1/2 months, I will take it to some place else.

Can a "service department" be any worse and why would anyone ever want to be at the mercy of such complete incompetence. No one at Beaudry has ever even said, "We are sorry this is unacceptable".
