They screw up again

Here I am, on hold for 10 minutes in my fifth call to DHL. Like the recording says, I am having "an exceptional shipping experience". Wednesday I paid extra for 2nd day delivery; Friday at 6pm it had yet to arrive. Today they promised a delivery by 3 pm. 5 pm and still not delivered. I have been credited for the shipping charge, and I'm wondering if I can demand a voucher from DHL... For use at the Post Office!

To boot, I may be permanently soured on the Brandenburg Concertos, as they play frenetically between recorded attempts to con me.
