Terrible company

So. I ordered a TV from Amazon on Nov 24th. Shipping said it should arrive Friday, Nov 29th. Got a call from JB Hunt on Wednesday the 27th saying because of the Thanksgiving holiday, delivery would be Monday, Dec 2nd and that I'd be called on Friday the 29th to schedule a delivery window. No call came on Friday. Called them this morning and left a message requesting an update. No callback. Noon rolls around, I call back, find out the TV is actually still in Ohio (I live in Wisconsin). I'm told delivery tomorrow, Tuesday, and I'll be called later today to schedule a time. They call and tell me now Wednesday is the earliest. What is this crap? How is this company still in business?
