Got ripped off with my car loan, payment

I bought a 2003 volkswagon jetta with my wife about a year ago from there about 3 months later EVERYTHING that could've went wrong with that damned vehicle did! We called them and they told us the car had no balance of factory warranty, we went to get an oil change and found out we need a new oil pan and the mechanic said someone tried to cover it up with silicone to hold the thing up. We went to try to go and trade the car in for a better car at another dealership and they said we owe too much on the loan and we were ripped off. The car is only worth $10000 and we have a loan of $14000!!! Ive tried calling and they are too busy for us! Go figure! In order to get the new car i want, i would have to pay $4000 because noone wants to pay the balance of the loan! Thanks a lot world hyundai!!
