Not disclosing trade-in amount on lease paper work, telling me they were giving me a certain amount on trade and not doing so

The dealer told me he was giving me $8500 for my trade-in, when in fact he only gave me $8000. The trade-in amount was NOT on any paperwork. THEN, the dealership paid off the wrong vehicle loan ~ and then pocketed the remaining balance. (The loan they did pay off was less than the loan they should have paid off and we never saw a check for the balance.)
