Tejs Thump Cycle's Took My money and did not deliver orde

I Put in an order with (TEJAS THUMP CYCLE'S) on april 2 It is now June 6 and still no order. I have tried numorus time's to contact them by phone and e-mail. Can't get them on the phone and no response back from any e-mail sent. They have $215.00 of my money and all I want is either my money back or my order not to much to ask for. So now I'm under the impression that they are stealing from me because of there lack of response.
