Tejs Thump Cycle's Took My money and did not deliver my Pipes

On October 17 I placed an order for CYCLE SHACK" 2" Evolution Sportster Drag Pipes. Later that day I received an email conformation of my order and they took the money from my account. I have never received my pipes yet. I have tried time and time again to contact them by phone and e-mail. The phone is either busy or no one answers and I get no responce from my emails. I contacted PayPal about this matter and they decided in my favor but I have not received any money from them because Tejas Thumpcycles has no money in their PayPal account.
