Carberator rebuild scam

Took my Truck to this man first time, kept it over one Month. I picked it up as I thought he had rebuilt it, very shortly after picking it up, It started stoping while driving. I took it back to him Thig time he said that some one ripped him off, on the re building. It's still not running, he has made no effort to re fund any of my money. I am a 72 year old Senior. Have a very limited income.
