I had been touring ohio - mexico last sunday may 31th within the travel 2115, by 5pm my loved ones and that I were obtaining the boarding pass at the front end table of national airlines, an a girl called LIETY boss procedure Portuguese or something similar to that (it had been challenging to determine the title since she did´n t let me). Anyhow we were with 5 bags, 12 months old woman and 3-year old child, my small children begin to operate throughout and laity begin to shout, i manage your kids this isn't a play-ground region, this really is limited area and perhaps you don´t need to be below, show-me at this time your passports as well as your boarding pass! Nicely concerning the kids I don´t differ, it had been only a little challenging to possess control by that point with 5 luggage, passports and all of the team you bring in a visit I simply needed someone useful, my protest is the fact that she was so rude, next I questioned her to offered me her lastname and he or she decline it as well as she threated me with calling protection, she handle me so poor. I don´t understand why National airlines don´t train their workers just how to handle people especially international visitor. I'll create more characters such as this one since I believe may be the only method they enhance their workers, anyhow I'll never travel with this specific flight again.
