This is about your Honda dealership in Jacksonville Florida. Lou Sobh's Honda of the Avenues. I brought a Buick Rendezvous from you on 4/26 they told me to bring that car back due to the bank wouldn't finance it due to the mileage. So I brought it back and got a 2003 Dodge Duran go with 55,000 miles on it payments 465.00 a month. I thought the payments were high but I was fine with that I signed the contract and had my truck for 3 weeks. Yesterday the dealership called and said that we no loner use that finace company that I would have to pick something else. When I got there they tried to sale me a 2000 Nissan Exterra with 115,000 miles for 367.00 a month. I have never brought a car where the dealer tells you what you can have. I tried a car in that was paid for that they gave me a 1,000 dollars for as well as gave them 500.00 dollars. Now not only did I not get a car they are trying to keep my 500.00 dollars. I don't know how I owe you for not buying a car. I would hate to go to small claims court but If I have to I will. I am keeping copies of this email. I hope that we can work this out..
