Illegally misrepresents car history to ripoff consumers

My wife and I bought a car from U Park 'Em U Sell 'Em last year. It was a 1994 mercedes that looked very good. My wife asked if it had ever been painted, because it looked so good, and she was told directly that it had not.

U Park 'Em U Sell 'Em, acts as an intermediary for the seller, however, there is no direct contact with the seller permitted. Therefore, you have to depend on the intermediary to represent the truth.

We recently decided to trade in the car to the Mercedes dealership. Their body shop assessed the car, and told us that the car had been wrecked down both sides of the vehicle, repainted, and that the bondo was so thick, that the paint meter would not even register the metal. As a result, we lost at least $8,000 on the trade in of the car.

The mercedes dealership has documented the extent of the damage for us and also told us that it is a state law in Georgia that dealers must legally disclose this type of information.
