Chris jennings, chris jackson broke the law by selling cars without a passing emission and refuse to fix

On oct. 22 2010 i purchased a 2001 mercedes benz two weeks later i questioned the seller about my tag information and if the vehicle had a passing emissions. The seller told me he would fix the emission problem. When he found out the repair cost for 4 o2 sensor through mercedes totaling 2825.00 he has refused to fixed. I have had my car in my garage for over a month and has paid 2 car notes of 438.00 each. I can not drive my car because i can not get a tag. He has refuse to cooperate and has broken ga. Law by selling a used car without a passing emissions.

I have a car balance of 19,000 and have not driven the car in over a month and counting. I contacted clean air force of ga. And they currently investigating this complaint and they have acknowledge this is not the first time the seller has done this. This company do not have 1 good review and just this year they have a complain every month. Someone needs to blow the whistle on the sellers and owner. After further looking into this matter the owner was involved in other scams that were televised on the news.
