My friend responded to an ad on Swapalease for Ez Source Leasing to confirm the terms of a 36 month lease with specific payments and a down payment. When the lease arrived the terms were different, and the length of the lease was 63 months. She was told this was a 'flex' lease and when she wanted to investigate was told they would cancel her contract and keep her money.
If you have had similar problems with Ez Source Leasing, I encourage you to contact the Costa Mesa Police Department and the Better Business Bureau. The more complaints that are filed the more likely action will be taken.
