Lease Source - Northern Leasing - MBF How can they continue to deceive the small businesses and GET AWAY WITH IT?

December my now ex husband and I opened a business. A rep. From Northern Leasing, Inc. Set me up with a credit card processing machine with a 4 year lease. My payments were $47.65 per month.in December my ex sold the business (which should have been the end of the lease term).

In March the Northern Leasing instructed the new owner to return the machine to "a certain rep." which was done. One would think everything was okay, right? WRONG!

Since I was in the middle of a nasty divorcng account. I asked my ex to handle it, he didn't... Again my mistake. Anyway, from March until April Northern Leasing continued to draft the business checking account... Until there were no longer any funds left. Then, I started receiving bills from them for the lease amount. I was told by "Will G." at Northern Leasing that the machine wasn't turned into the correct person and that I was still obligated to continue the lease payments! These are horrible, horrible people and need to be put out of business. They drained my account to the tune of $1,000 and have now billed me each month for a total of approximately $285 and counting!

I have filed complaints with the NC Attorney General's office and the New York Attorney Generals office, as well as the FTC.

I want them to go away and refund my money!
