Bad Customer services

DHL is the worst services of all the delivery out there. The customer services and their pickup is lazy and stupid. Does not know what they are doing at all. I had use DHL to shipped some of my home stuff to another state and when it arrived all my fragile box were damage and DHL bill an outragous amount for delivering two days air when I specifically ask to ship it ground. Forget about calling their customer services department since they don't know what the hell they are doing and will not doing anything to resolve the problems. I had to report them to Better Business Burual in order for them to do something. But they did not do anything to address the damages that they caused for my stuff. I will never use DHL again and will recommend to any one to go with UPS or FEDEX.
