Bad service

Poor assembly. Asked for 2 nuts and a gasket 4 header that fell off, or specs so I could do it myself. Didn't send either, only had one hour on engine. Email they sent back wanted me to take to a service site, but only after I sent them a bunch more info which means I'd have to drive 40 miles round trip to get what they wanted. I wouldn't buy a pumpkin from those people anymore!

Why so difficult. What would two nuts and a gasket cost to ship to a would be second time buyer. These folks must be nuts? I told them I have two sons and 4 grandkids. Can you imagine what a good review from me could have done for sales?
