This auto service should be blacklisted by anyone in the industry, It gives good mechanics a bad name.

First a little background information, I have restored 12 cars and have done all the basic nuts and bolts work on all of my vehicles. I had a 94 Ford F-150 with a leak at the front of the oil pan gasket. With ford you have to lift the motor to get the pan past the oil tube. I did not want to be lifting the truck and the motor while trying to work on this pan, so I choose to give my local mechanic the job.

NOWING this is a hour and a half Job I expected $100. To $150 plus oil for a bill... NOooooo... $347.19 claiming 4.7 man hours... Now this is coming from someone who can work on cars, imagine how bad they burn you if you don't know... Oh and did I mention I supplied the gasket. Ya that was $36 out of my pocket Prior to them touching my truck.
