I was never paid for returned deffective auto lift

I ordered an automotive car lift from americias pride in october. After repeated phone calls I finally recieved it at a truck depot. It ended up their because they sent it to the wrong adress. So i paid for a truck to bring it to my house in april. I finally finished installing it in June and write away i knew something was wrong when the wheels from the lift carrages shot out of the top of the lift when i was lifting my truck up. After many of replacment parts and efforts to solve this problem Mike Knees agreed to give me a full refund and accepted the lift back. This was done in October.

Since then i have called many of times to get put to someones voice mail and have recieved a penny or any returned messages. I have had letters sent regestered mail from mysel and a lawer with no replys. So now what, I hope Mike Knees Becky Jesse Ect get what they have coming to them.
