Disabled customer's car towed at midnight with no warning

My car was towed away at midnight. All my stuff is in it. I was given no warning. I am disabled and have not been able to work. Now I can go back to work, but I have no car???
I went thru hell with Capital One they called and I explained my situation. Then they still called and called 25-30 times/day. I had to change my number it got so bad. They harassed me. If I don't have money at 10 am what is going to be different at 1005 am???
I will never ever finance a car thru capital one again
