Been sent different year Front End with no receipt... Still waiting for the receipt since 2003

Back in 2003 I been contacted by Joyce that she had a front end for the BMW. Ordered it and it came 3 months later with no receipt and the wrong front end. Called them numerous times and they told me to get lost and I will not get my refund of $5000

Contacted BBB in NY area but they couldn't do anything. Can someone help me out. Dont know what to do? Where to go?
