Mr transmission

When I bought my sleek 1999 mazda 626 i had no idea that i would only drive it for a little over two months. The guy i purchased it from gave me a a warranty receipt for the transmission assuring me that if anything went wrong, i could return it to mr transmission with no hassle.
So when the transmission did go out i did not hesitate to return it the shop. After two weeks i got no info on my car. So of course i began calling evey other day, but everytime i called i got excuse after excuse. Everytime the manager would guarantee a certain day but not hold up his end of the bargain.
It has now been two months, my car is still there and has not been fixed. Im still waiting. But my patience has run thin. I need the car to look for work and to go back school...
