Damages Due to Missed Baggage Loading

I got a round-trip trip from Honolulu to Manila. I delivered to Honolulu final 4/12/08 onboard Phil. Airlines Trip PR 100. After patiently awaiting one-hour for the baggages in the future out, I discovered out that my 2 bits of luggage were lacking. And so I examined using the checker who got the list of lacking baggages and my title was in his record. The checklist claims "quit baggages in Manila and you will be shipped on Thursday, 4/15/08". I had been directed to visit the friend table about the second floor of Honolulu Airport to complete a shipping type. After I went up there, I had been directed to create my house address and contact number.

On Tuesday, 4/15, the friend consultant named me around 10:30 AM that my 2 baggages have appeared which I've to choose them up-right away. I informed her that I will just choose them up by 4:30 PM because I'm at the office, until friend may pay me to take leave within my office hours. She stated ok to hold back so long as I make it happen before 4:30 PM. At around 3 PM, the transferring business named me and stated that he's currently infront of my home in Ewa Beach with my baggages. And so I simply informed him to depart the baggages inside my lawn. I acquired my 2 baggages around 5 PM after I got home from work.

After I opened my baggages, I then found out that of my foods were ruined. They're the sinok mani, espasol, buko pies, and goldilocks breads. We were just in a position to conserve about 50% of the goldilocks breads.

Within this respect, I'd prefer to state compensation for problems, trouble, and time waste because of luggage delay.
