To Whom It Might Matter,

I'm writing to see you of my concern and discomfort on my 2 newest routes with Oxygen Asia.

The trip detals are:

1) AK55 on 19th July

2) AK46 on 25th July

On 19th July, the airplane was going to property in LCCT also it just a couple yards above the driveway when suddenly the airplane get pace and became popular again. It's caused great panic towards the guests and just later the chief stated they'd to remove again and watch for another 10 moments because they didn't get settlement in the airport to property however.in my opinion this will not need occurred whatsoever. When the airplane wasn't provided settlement within the first-place, it will not really test landing about the driveway and phone off the landing from the unexpected. No word-of apology was released. Pointless to describe more, the security of all of the guests within the airplane continues to be sacrificed.

On 25th August, the airplane became popular from LCCT and after 20 units of airline travel, it switched back and arrived in LCCT. Again, it has triggered great panic towards the guests also it was postponed by one hour before it ultimately became popular. There's no clarification till when it's removed again, the pilot claims there's some specialized problems therefore the airplane needs to return to LCCT. When I was placed infront, I will just notice a brand new crew-member arriving up to speed and thought the airplane has initially quit with 3 team people in the place of 4. Again, this will not need occurred if methods were followed carefully. I'd just suppose that security of the guests continues to be sacrificed below, normally it'd not return trip to get one more crewmember.

Being Truly A traveler, I would like to request a reason about the above situations of course if Airasia may tackle to pay the guests for that above situations where security continues to be obviously sacrificed which is creating needless over anxiety of the guests with no clarification provided by the pilots.

Last although not least, my luggage injury state has posted although not been prepared, and that I have sent a Mr Yusrie at yusrieabdullah@airasia.com after 2 weeks in the day of its first statement on March 26 but there's no response. Please allow me to understand the standing of course if Airasia is searching with techniques to enhance the security of our baggages since this is actually the 3rd period that my various baggages have now been pried available in the part.
