Supplied a non functioning product and does not respond or do anything to make for satisfaction

I purchased a ProScan Elm5 USB automobile OBD II sscan tool from this company and recieved a non functioning unit. I have used the companies support email option 5 times now in the last two weeks but recieve no response at all. I have called the company 3 times but no response or support of any kind. I have politely asked for a relpacement functional unit to be sent and I will return the bad one. There is absolutely no responce from Gavid Gore, even though I paid him for 1 only ProScan Universal OBD-II Scan Tool w/USB Interface205 @ $139.99 from
