Gore Research Proscan
Incomplete shipment, no contact phone no responce to email or slug mail

Product name is Proscan a $130.00 electronic automotive computer code scanner/reader device, which is useless with out support.

After about two weeks it arrives only after I email them several times.

Upon arival I inspect the device and find it missing a component which is required to make the thing work.
To this date Gore Research has not fullfilled thier respnsabilities.

I am in the process of getting my money back from Visa.
