Does not honor warrenty, does not return calls or emails Dallas, irving

I purchased a brand new water cooled 250cc motor scooter (Sunl sc-250) from this company and after riding this thing for a few days (108 miles) it started over heating. I called them to find out what to do about this problem and all I got was "we'll call you back". This happend three times. I then tried contacting them by email a few times and that was a complete waste of time.

I have a little mechanical ability so was able to get it running cool. It needed a water pump but changing the original required me to take the whole engine apart.insted I purchased an electric 12 volt water pump (@ $185.65) and installed it.

Now I have this thing with 509 miles and the gas gauge does not work, the windshield broke off (from shielding the wind) and I had to replace the battery.

They also advertised it woud get 70 miles per gallon. It really gets 70 miles per tank. The tank holds two gallons you do the math (35 miles per gallon)

PLEASE save your self a few head aches and do not deal with atvdiscounter.com. If you can afford it buy a Honda, Suzuki, or Yamaha.
