Morongo Travel Center
(Casino Gas Station Next To The Cabazon Outlet Mall) Volum or measurment problem

On 3/21,12:33PM, I filled up gas in the Pilot #328 gas station in 1201 West Main St., Quartzsite, AZ 85359. (I have the receipt). Then, I reset the meter of my car to 0. Then, on 3/21 14:47 PM, I filled up gas in the Morongo Travel Center (Next to the Morongo Casino and Cabazon Premium outlet mall). The total gas I filled between the two gas stations was 9.736 Gallon. The total mileage between these two points was 159.2. It is about 16.35 miles/Gallon.

If that is the normal gas consumption, I wouldn't write here. I always set the meter to 0 for every time I filled the tank up. Here are the rest of my car gas mileage reports within a week.

3/21, drove 209.2 miles and filled up for 10.109 Gallons, that is 20.69 miles/gallon.

3/23, drove 262.3 miles and filled up for 12.896 Gallons, that is 20.34 miles/gallon.

Filled 6.000 gallons on 3/24, but didn't reset the meter because that didn't fill up that tank.

3/36, drove 505.2 miles and filled up for 18.303 Gallons, (added 6 gallons gas filled previously), that is 20.79 miles/gallon.

Obviously, that Gas volume at the Morongo Travel Center is not accurate. The measurement is off by 20%.
I would like to get help to report to a state authority about Morongo Travel Center. Please provide any useful information to report this gas station so no other consumer will be ripped off again, or maybe over and over again.
