Forced claim

Our vehicle was vandalized, a 2005 corolla with 15,000 miles. The leading bumper was taken, in addition to the passenger-side fender, they smashed the owners side-window, the leading grill and broken the cover towards the vehicle. This all happened in a parking lot of my house complex. Allstate's claims adjuster claims that there's no means the harm to the grill and also the cover was brought on by the vandals/thieves, which we'd to document another state to get a front-end crash. I UNDERSTAND to get a proven fact that there is no front-end crash with this vehicle. The cover wasn't secured before I visited sleep that evening with no-one went the vehicle. They're declining to cover the repairs underneath the Robbery/vandalism state, they're stating its another claim having a separate deductible.

I really believe this can be a fraud to obtain my "onetime incident forgiveness" from the method. The harm to the cover and also the assistance supports for that radiator were clearly the result of a crowbar. The airbags werent used, etc.
