Sold me a car with no emissions and a cracked frame

I bought a 1989 ford bronco from brandon at bryant dependable motorsand the sales man said the truck was road worthy and signed the bill of sale saying so. I have called them several times trying to get emmisions and found that they did not have one then found out the truck had no converters on it it took them a month to get back with me and fix this the man who fixed it showed me that the frame was rusted threw and cracked I then called them to tell them the problem before they put any more money into this truck and again was told they would call me back no one did the converters were put on and I was scared to drive the truck home but had to and it been sitting in my yard since I keep getting told some one will call and no one dose today is 3-26-08 i bought this on 2-15-08 and he told me he was not giveing my money back. The title is open no emmisions they sold it out of someone yard in douglas county thats called cornerstoning and have been nothing but rude to me please help I have no more money to buy anything else he keeps saying all this over 800 dollars if its nothing to him why wount he just buy it back.
