Because of them my account became overdrawen then closed

End of aug I made arragments to pay 2 car payments, one end of aug the other first of sept. The normal payment was to come out on the 23.

They said that the 23rd would not come out. Low and behold on the 23 it came out again. Now my account is overdrawn. When I called them the first person i talked to in aug was no longer there (she had been fired) so i talked to the next person.

This person told me what to do and to fax the paper work. So i did. I went to the bank got the prof of what had happened. Faxed everything and waited. And waited. I had to call them back 3 times before i could get a answer. The answer I got was it was my fault and they could not help.

I really dont know to many pepole who coud make 3 car payments in one month. So the bank closed my account because I could not get it cought up. After it was all said and done i owed the bank almost 800.00.
