Peak 5 is by for the worst company!!! Every time i call to make a payment the reps have the worst attitude. One time one rep was so bad i spoke with a manager about the situation she act like i was the crazy one and didnt act concerned at all. I ask one of the manager do you have a corporate office and she said no and they dont know who i can talk to thats a step above a manager. I cant believe i actually have a loan with these people.

I am so ready to contact their corporate office cause i got a conversation on tape with one the managers and thats my hard evidence to show them that the company sucks!!! If anybody have info on their corporate number or who i need to speak to complain about this company i will gladly pay for the information this is how bad i want to get in touch with them.
