Onsaleland.com lied, manipulated, cheated, non cooperative, bad business practice

Ok, ordered 2 scooters, one was the wrong color but neither work. They are both damaged and scratched, one of the keys were bent in half, underpanel is cracked in half. Was told that for assembly all that needed to be done was install battery and put on wheel.instead it came in pieces and the wheel couldnt be put on because the disc brake was locked. The scooters have no power. Lights, horn etc dont work. Only alarm works which goes off randomly in the middle of the night and all day. I have been trying to return these unused scooters for a week and all they do is either put me on hold for 30 min at a time or tell me to bring it to a mechanic. I am now turning this over to my lawyer and have notified the CC companies and they will recover my payment. It will then be up to them to recover merchandise.
