Cancellation of air line ticket!

I'm exceedingly disappointed in the manner Nature airlines handled me like a client who had been caught in another airport in another town. So far as I will observe their viewpoint & objective would be to earn money, to not supply patient / sufficient customer support. I named Nature airlines after I believed that it may be a possibility that I don't create the trip to california. I used friday-night March 14 within the airport because of the program being along and sadly the guests were positioned on life to california from houston. Our trip on Nature airways was on Saturday March 15 1:30pm. I named them the day of the 15th and described the problem and that I was informed there will be a $80.00 charge to alter the solution. Nevertheless, I still had expectations to create it promptly. After I could not can get on the 10.15 am trip I named and that I was informed it's also late which I'd forfeited my solution. Exactly what a rip-off and injustice. It's apparent they do not worry about the clients. I skipped my momis 70th birthday celebration. They cannot provide me back among the most significant evening in my own moms living. I currently understand what a airlines Nature is and ideally they'll proceed under using the ongoing consumer issues. They're forgetting that individuals create their company. I've seen better organization walk out company plus they are not exempt.
