Unauthorized charge to Spirit Airlines credit card

We got a "free" nature airlines charge card and were subsequently billed a charge which we settled. On 5/12/08, a cost was positioned on the card for Membership Heart Campaigns for $39.95 that was not apporved by us. Actually, up to now, we-don't understand what this cost is for. We've named Nature 3 times with no one understands what it's. We also known as the charge card organization Barclays and stuck a and stated we needed the cost removed We followed-up with two characters to Nature plus one towards the charge card organization in addition to a complaint set using the Federal Trade fee. Up to now, we've not noticed from anybody however the charge card business who stated that our late charges were likely to remain.

We understand that $39.95 may possibly not be lots of cash to many individuals but I'm not spending for anything used to do not approved or understand what it's for.
