Extremely poor service customer dissatisfaction

Purchased new R.V. Within a month I brought it back to them 3 times for same repair on slide out. Never fixed it. Contacted Manugfacturer, they can't get the company to fix this warranty problem either. Brought unit to them again after setting another appoint. Four weeks later, problem still not fixed. Stated that they have people out sick, had R/. V. Show, not enough time to fix. After pressure, owner states they don't want to fix it, don't want us back.

Manufacturer/Warranty Dept. Is pulling hair out, can't get them to budge. While it was sitting, unit got damaged, they used my new batteries, now dead etc. Complete nightmare. Special unit called Patio Hauler. %th Wheel with rear storage room for Motorcycle etc. Only dealer in SE U.S. Does not want to support the product he sells, then when work is not done, tells you to go away. Do not buy from copley'r.V.in hobe sound, fl. No support on product.
