Glad they are in bankruptcy dirty ripoff dogs

I have read some reports regarding IDEAL Inc. My husband worked for them a few years back.

The first sign that this company may not be a good company to work for came when my husbands truck broke down. When he took it to a repair shop, the mechanic discovered there was shovels full of dirt in the gas tank. So it appears IDEAL pissed someone off, shovels full of dirt don't appear in a gas tank.

A month later, my husband decided to quit after dealing with the dispatcher messing up directions, not getting him home when promised, and feeling like he was driving more miles than he was getting paid for.

I had went in to get his last check, and they wouldn't give it to me. They were claiming damage to the truck, there was none! I asked to see proof, I asked to see the truck. The manager told me that he had pictures. He showed them to me. Honnestly these pictures looked old, and nowhere was the truck number shown. I told him that these pictures could be of any truck! He then got very angry with me. I left, with no check. I called the Idaho Department of LAbor and explained the situation. The woman I spoke to stated that this was not the first time that she had complaints about IDEAL. SHe explained to me that they cannont withold his paycheck. I do not remember the exact rules, but the Department of LAbor could provide you with that information. The woman I spoke with contacted IDEAL, they told her a check had already been mailed.

A week or so passed. No check. So I began calling every day, Come to find out they forgot our house number on the address, yeah right. So the check was returned to them. I went and picked it up. Now remember, they claimed all this damage to the truck, and they would deduct it. The only thing they deducted was $6.00 for a camera. What liars. I am glad thier company went under. That is what you get when you treat people like dirt!
