Refused to honor parts paid for from a dealer that closed. San Leandro

We purchased a 2008 Chevy Express Van to include rubber matting floors, back up sensor and oil, filter change. All parts were paid up front. It was purchased from Marina Buick Pontiac GMC in San Leandro, CA. Parts were ordered by the dealer but were delayed due to incorrect parts. Once the parts did arrive we scheduled the van in for installation. Then we found out the dealer closed and were told to call Chevrolet Company. We had a file opened and the case was handled by a rep who said they couldn't help us.

We are upset because the parts were received by the dealer and paid for by us, but Chevy corp won't honor the purchase.
