Not honor they own contract

I purchased a extended auto warranty on a F250 with 48,000 miles on it. One of their conditions is that you have to wait 30 days and 1000 miles in order for the contract to be valid. Well I waited 60 days and 1200 miles (I live on an island) when my front tie rods went out. National Auot Warranty refuse to fix the truck because they said it was an existing problem. Didn't they issue the policy to a used truck? Anyway I canceled the contract and waiting for a refund of about $600. They credit my charge card with $225 refund. When trying to call them to find out about the money you get a phone jocky that knows nothing and just so happens no supervisor is around. They said I could write a letter of disput but I know that will not get me no place fast. So I have lost the rest of the monies. So WATCH OUT for this company. They are a SCAM.
