Kia Of Duluth
Kia Motors Really need to keep reading owners manual or NO WARRANTY

Cars & Transport

A 2002 Kia Rio was purchased in Duluth, Minnesota which 100 miles from home. 100,000 miles 10 year warranty would be great. Thought the car would last a while.

There were problems from the beginning. The trunk lock broke, the heater blower went finally a tow to Duluth the alternator had went. All cover under warranty.

Last week the car just died, mileage 82,000 miles. It had to be towed $275.00. Roadside assiastance had expired in October. No notice of expirator was ever received. The engine is shot. You should have had the timing belt changed at 60,000 miles. It's in your manual. We are also charging you 89.00 for test that determined this. Also 30.00 a day for the rental car we sent to you.

We did not send you a reminder of the belt change because you do not have you regular maintenance with us. Which is 100 miles away.

$475.00 has been spent on a car that undriveable and will have to be towed back home. It can stay on the lot free until it can be towed home.
