Ripped off a Vets family and daughter going into the air force

Unfortunitly My wife and daughter went car shopping while I was out of town and made the mistake of going to nu star. After returning and recoping from the trip, the fun began. Checked the kelly blue book and it was over priced, the noise from the transmission and clutch they were told was normal.

I had my daughter take it to the jeep dealer in Folsom to verify what I already knew, the estimated repairs 3100.00 and the transfer case also has a leak. Now if the jeep did have an inspection these items would have been noted by any mechanic with 1/10th of a brain. It is a fact!!! A lie to rip off and hurt my family.

I tried to talk to a Larry Wong, But he was easy to size up, tried to change subject, and devert the issue.

Yes a plain simple rip-off artist. Had to leave, didn't want to be in the same place with low standards like him. A cowardly person with "NO HONOR"
or integrity.

I challenge Nu Star Motors to do "the right thing" but I doubt he will because he has no honor, integrity, or conscience.

My Daughter works (2) jobs and also attends college, she wants to get a degree and go into the AIR FORCE and be a pilot. We are very proud of her and the high standards she is striving for. They saw my wife and daughter coming and took complete advantage of them. I am really, really angry.

NU STAR could take lessons from her instead of making life harder on us and her. I am prior service and and a war vet, seen people of honor, but these people are un-american and honorless.

I have painted signs and attached them to the rack on my truck, they are getting a lot of attention. I am advertising this web site and letting everyone know about this. I plan to be a sign shaker at Hazel & Folsom, look for me, and help me warn people never, never to do busy with these people.
