Taking advantage of those who have fallen on hard times

I have dealt with this company doing everything from disclosing fincal information to my references to threatening phone calls at all hours of the day both at home and at work. Receiving payment and not recording them. Calling me at work threatening to repo my car, claiming I wrecked my car when it was in one piece. This company claims to be willing to help those with a second chance. Yet when it comes down to it they only want the money and the cars back so they can resell them. How can a company get away with treating people like this time after time and still get new loans day after day?
