Central Kia Of Lewisville Unethical In my opinion

Either it's bait and switch are they don't know what they have that they can sell. Twice they appeared to bait and switch us. On 2-25-08 we stopped in and saw a 01 tracker. We drove it and began negotiating with the saleman, another salesman acting very nervous said well... I don't think that is available. Well it was but we felt the price was too high and we wanted to do some research. We went back to get the car and it was still there but had a deposit on it from another buyer. But they had these other dented, peeling paint, vehicles for the same great price. OK fine. We asked if the deal fell through would they call us or if another tracker came up call us.

2 days later we see online they have another tracker an 03. Called, yes it was there. We got there and the vehicle had a deposit put down on it too. The first 01 tracker was still there still had a deposit??? But again they had these other dented, peeling paint, vehicles for the same great internet price.

Next day the first 01 tracker is now listed on the net! And the 03 is still listed as available. Had a friend call. OH yeah they have them both. She goes out there and guess what? They both have a deposit on them but... I have these other dented, peeling paint, vehicles for the same great internet price!

Also while we were with a salesman he was talking badly about another customer that had come in with a complaint. Laughing about how she had been there for an hour and still willing to wait. WOW I would not recommend doing business here.
